Thanks for choosing Relax Blacksburg! We value your time and know that you are busy.
We are too, so calling when we are giving massages can result in phone tag. This isn't fun for either of us.
The solution was to set up online booking so you can create, reschedule, or cancel a massage at your convenience.
Not sure who to book? Check out more information about our massage therapists.
Also please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy.
If you do not see a time that works for you below, feel free to fill out our waiting list form at the bottom of this page.
You will receive a text and email notification instantly when you book an appointment. If you do not receive these notifications, please contact us as something went wrong with your appointment request.
Please note that we request your credit card simply to reserve your
appointment. Square holds your credit card information, keeping your
data more secure.
That's okay too. Just call/text us at 540-315-6844 or contact us through the form on this page.
In the past
we have only required a credit card to reserve appointments through our
online scheduler. This year (2021) has been a particularly bad one for
no-shows, the vast majority of which were from phone bookings.
This is very damaging to our business and is really frustrating to our
therapists that wait around for clients that never show. It's also not
fair to the clients on our waiting list that are hoping for an
appointment.
Because of all this, we will be requiring all appointments to be held
with a credit card or gift card staring January 1st, 2022. This will not
apply to clients with massage packages as they have already prepaid for
their sessions.
Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Once again, please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy.
Please fill out the form below if you would like to be placed on our waiting list. If we have a cancellation that fits into your schedule, we will contact you to confirm the appointment day and time.
Please note that filling out this form does not guarantee you an appointment. It also does not obligate you to take an appointment should one open up.
