Convenient Online Booking

Thanks for choosing Relax Blacksburg! We value your time and know that you are busy.

We are too, so calling when we are giving massages can result in phone tag. This isn't fun for either of us.

The solution was to set up online booking so you can create, reschedule, or cancel a massage at your convenience.

For new clients, please arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment. This will give you enough time to fill out our client intake form. Alternatively, you can download our intake form, fill it out ahead of time and bring it with you.

For booking couples massage, you'll have to book two therapists for your desired day and time. Please also leave a comment that it is for a couples massage. We recommend opening the online scheduler in two tabs so you can easily see when two of our therapists have the same availability. You can also just contact us directly for booking couples appointments if you prefer.

For booking prenatal/postnatal massage, please select that category below and let us know your due date/date of delivery. We have a little more setup to do for these types of massage and your session will go more smoothly if we know ahead of time.

Online Booking with Your Credit Card

Please note that we request your credit card simply to reserve your appointment. Square holds your credit card information, keeping your data more secure.

In the past we have only required a credit card to reserve appointments through our online scheduler. This year (2021) has been a particularly bad one for no-shows, the vast majority of which were from phone bookings.

This is very damaging to our business and is really frustrating to our therapists that wait around for clients that never show. It's also not fair to the clients on our waiting list that are hoping for an appointment.

Because of all this, we will be requiring all appointments to be held with a credit card or gift card staring January 1st, 2022. This will not apply to clients with massage packages as they have already prepaid for their sessions.
